After merging with two other groups in 1979 and trading in around 80 Hotels state wide, the Sip’n Save banner as we know it today has just celebrated its 20th birthday, now trading with more than 280 Hotels throughout SA all of which are independently owned and operated.

The Blue Gums Hotel is part of the Sip’n Save Cellars group which enables us to   provide the consumer with the same competitive specials as the other stores, but also that little bit extra when it comes to some of the more exclusive and premium labels.
